Shipping & Delivery Information
Find all the details about our shipping times, delivery fees, and special handling conditions for your orders.
1. Delivery Times
Our delivery times depend on the availability and type of the product:
- In-stock products: 24-48 hours after order confirmation.
- Non-stock products: 2-6 weeks after order confirmation.
- Custom products: Custom (depends on the project). ETA can be determined after reviewing the project details (the timeline will be defined).
Please note that delivery times are estimated, and occasional delays due to transport or logistics can happen.
2. Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are set at a flat rate for each country and will be clearly mentioned in your quotation.
- For packages that are exceptionally bulky and/or heavy, an individually calculated shipping fee may apply, which will also be specified in your quotation.
3. Dry Ice Shipments
- Certain products require dry ice for transportation, which incurs additional shipping fees shown in your quotation.
- Dry ice deliveries may not be possible to all locations worldwide due to long transit times or local legal restrictions. Our team will verify and confirm if delivery to your location is possible.
- It is the customer's responsibility to store the goods at the appropriate temperature immediately upon receipt. Items damaged due to improper storage at your facility are not eligible for returns, refunds, or replacements.
4. Customs Clearance
- Customers located outside of the European Union (EU), the United Kingdom (UK), and the United States of America (USA) are responsible for customs clearance and any local taxes or import fees.
- Before dispatch, we will provide you with copies of the standard shipping documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Airway Bill).
- Please let us know in a timely manner if your local customs office requires any additional documents.
